Sitting Room
A comfortable room with two sofas, 2 poufs, flat screen TV, Blu-ray/DVD player and and flame effect stove. The sitting room has a good selection of books and magazines for your enjoyment.
Complimentary Broadband Internet access is provided in this room but you may connect throughout the house to this using WI-FI.

Dining Room
The dining room seats 8 people round a large square pine table. The room also boasts some comfy window seats to watch the world go by! In the dresser we have over 20 games and jigsaws for you to use. There is also a hostess trolly, this can keep a huge amount of food warm for up to 2 hours after preparing it. This takes all the pressure out of cooking on holiday!

Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils, pots, pans and crockery you would expect to find. There is enough crockery for 16 people so you won't run out. We also have stylish plastic plates and cups to use outside. The kitchen has a dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, large larder fridge (freezer under the stairs), microwave, combination washer/dryer and iPod dock with built in CD player and radio.

Kitchen Sitting Area
At the end of the kitchen is a comfy seating area with sofa, flat screen TV, DVD, Xbox 360 and a good selection of DVD's, Playstation games and videos.

Master Bedroom and En-suite
The master bedroom includes a king size bed, wardrobe, side tables with lamps, chest of draws, flatscreen TV with built in DVD/CD player, radio alarm clock, iPod dock and hair dryer. Extra pillows and blankets are also provided.
The en-suite shower room has a toilet, sink with vanity unit & shaver point and powerful victorian shower. -
King Double Room
The king double bedroom includes a king size bed, wardrobe, side tables with lamps, dressing table, chest of draws, flatscreen TV with built in DVD/CD player, radio alarm clock and hair dryer. Extra pillows and blankets are also provided.

Twin Bedroom
The twin room includes two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, flatscreen TV with built in DVD/CD player, radio alarm clock, wash basin and hair dryer. Extra pillows and blankets are also provided.

Bunk Bedroom
A great room for the children! The room includes a bunkbed, wardrobe, chest of draws, flatscreen TV with built in DVD/CD player, radio alarm clock, hair dryer and a Sony Playstation to keep them out of your way! This bedroom also has a box of toys and books for them to play with. Extra pillows and blankets are also provided.

Master Bathroom
The master bathroom is comfortable and relaxing with a victorian slipper bath to have a long soak in, a large victorian shower with glass surround, toilet, basin, shaver point and mirror.

Other Facilities
A travel cot, high chair, coolbox, iron and ironing board are all available for your use at the cottage.

What's Included
All linen is included and beds will be made up for your arrival (except cot). A hand towel is provided in each bathroom and tea towels in the kitchen, please bring your own beach and bath towels. Electricity, oil for heating and water are all included in the rental price.

The House
Belle Isle Cottage is over 100 years old, it benefits from many original features such as the fireplace in the master bedroom, sash windows which we recently restored and internal doors that have all been taken back to their former glory. After a six month renovation program we have brought the house up to date with modern bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen and new central heating. The house has been tastefully decorated, with a contemporary seaside feel which you will find relaxing after a hard day at the beach. Along with the renovation the house has been equipped with brand new furniture, bedding, kitchen items and audio visual equipment.

Garden
The garden at the rear of the house is on two levels. The area outside the back door is decked and is ideal for storing your surfboards, wetsuits and other beach gear. A hose is provided to wash wet suits down if needed.
Walk up a few steps and we have a large decked area with an 8 seat metal table for outdoor dining. The rest of the garden is grassed, there are some plants around the garden.
A barbeque is provided and charcoal may be purchased at the village shop. -
Parking
There is parking for up to 2 cars in our private car port which is joined to the property. The car ports dimensions are 190 cm high by 260 cm wide, parking is a little tight for larger cars however we know that a 7 series BMW and Jeep Cherokee have parked there in the past.
